1) Raw foods is Guaranteed Weight Loss
If you’re currently over weight and eating the standard american diet (SAD) of cooked and processed foods, your body needs to detox and start being healthy again.

Here’s the main benefit of the raw food diet. All of foods are low calories and high nutrition. They’re not cooked in grease or anything else, and don’t have all of the calories that come with sugars, breads etc. When you eat raw foods you know that you’re eating fresh foods whose enzymes and vitamins are still intact and ready to work for your body.

2) You will feel better & have more energy
One of the main problems with being over weight is that you feel sluggish and low energy. I understand this very well having been overweight for the last 18 years.
My main goal is to lose weight and increase my energy level. I would like to have energy to do things like, do more around the yard, go out dancing, and even go jogging! The main thing is that I want to start living again. After being 300 lbs for so many years I have become accustomed to not living and barely exisiting. I’m quite certain that weighing 185 lbs will make me much more energetic than when I was overweight, unhealthy and out of shape. I know that you will achieve the same benefits.

I’ve lost weight in the past only to put it back on again. I’m sure you’ve had the same problem. Raw foods , if done properly is guaranteed to help you take the weight off and keep it off forever.

WHY RAW FOODS KEEPS THE WEIGHT OFF
Raw foods goes contrary to the standard american diet which is high calories per serving and low nutrition. Raw foods is all about foods that are low calories and high nutrition. If you’re doing raw foods juicing, you’re getting even more nutrition with little calories. This is one of the keys to taking off the weight and keeping it off.

Eating 100% raw foods means that you’re getting all of nutrition, vitamins and enzymes that the fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds have to offer. They’re not cooked and processed. They’re not soaked in grease, or cooked with sugar. They’re not cooked with anything that’s going to make them high calories. This means that you can eat as much as you want and not gain any weight.

Think of it this way. How many calories are in lettuce, tomatoes, celery, and apples?? How many calories in an avacados, bananas, peaches, and cantaloupe. These are all delicious fruits and vegetables that are good for you but don’t come with alot of calories.

WE NEED TO RETRAIN OUR THINKING ABOUT FOODS
This website is to help retrain your thinking about what you eat. I know this as I’m moving over from the standard cooked food diet to the 100% raw food diet. Since we’ve been deeply entrenched all of our lives in cooked and processed foods, we need to be trained and educated to the benefits of raw foods.. raw foods are what we were meant to eat. I always like to say.. “When God created Adam and Eve he gave them the garden of Eden. He didn’t give them a stove to cook all of their food.” Raw foods is what we were meant to eat in the first place. The reason we’ve gained so much weight is because we’re eating foods that we shouldn’t be eating.
